MOXIS 4.52.10, December 15, 2025

Content

This overview lists all improvements, bug fixes and security updates that have been made for release 4.52.10.

1. Signature and document processes

  • Once the signature has been added, all form fields assigned to a signer are now locked, regardless of whether they have been filled in or not. This increases the integrity of the documents.

  • If a container PDF that has already been signed is uploaded in a container process, a message now appears stating that any attachments will be deleted. This ensures that the process remains transparent.

  • The A-Trust dialogue box for signing is now fixed at 350 × 350 pixels in the MOXIS iFrame, ensuring consistent display.

2. API & data quality

  • The REST API no longer allows orders to be created with an expiry date earlier than the creation date. This increases data quality and prevents incorrect configurations.

3. User interface & usability

  • Upper and lower case letters are now permitted for entries in the address book, which improves data entry and readability.

  • If no Twilio ID is configured, the user interface for SMS TAN transmission via phone call is automatically hidden.

4. Administration & evaluations

  • MOXIS administrators now have access to an evaluation of Swisscom registrations. This gives them greater transparency regarding usage.

5. Bug fixes

  • A bug has been fixed: External groups are now reliably removed when you click ‘Delete’, regardless of whether there are still users in the group.

  • A bug has been fixed: Notifications were sent despite collective notifications being deactivated. This malfunction has been rectified.

  • A bug has been fixed: No signature link was generated for certain form fields for external signatories. This has been fixed.

  • A bug has been fixed: When querying the order status via the API, an error occurred if a deleted user was referenced with the NameClassifier EMAIL. This malfunction has been fixed.

  • A bug has been fixed: External signatories can no longer be incorrectly invited as additional signatories if external signatures are disabled in the process configuration.

  • A bug has been fixed: Finalised orders were incorrectly displayed in multiple proxy folders. This issue has been resolved.
