[v4.49] Create or modify personal signature profiles

If you would like to create a personal signature profile yourself, you can make changes which are displayed in the PREVIEW area (see figure 1).

1. PROFIL NAME (mandatory)

2. SIGNATURE IMGAGE

   1. Draw signature visualisation

   2. Upload signature image

   3. Reset: Click this option to apply the settings of the system configuration.

3. IMAGE SUBSCRIPTION

   1. Show name

   2. Show date

   3. Show time

   4. Show message: You can adjust the text below the visualisation (e.g. Signed with XiTrust MOXIS). It is also possible to leave the field Show message blank.

Click on Save to apply the settings for the respective signature profile.
