Documents with existing form fields can also be used for digital signatures in MOXIS (see figure 1).
In this case, you cannot position placeholders. Instead, you need to assign the digital signature fields to the respective persons by dragging and holding the colour-coded contact boxes via the FORM FIELDS menu item.

The placeholder is now automatically placed and adjusted by MOXIS for this person according to the size of the digital signature field (see figure 2).
