Alternatively, you can also create a job with a template by starting the template from the Manage templates dialog. This can be found under your user settings (see figure 1).

A job can be started with a template by clicking on the green arrow next to the template. This opens a dialog enabling you to upload a document (see figure 2)

After you have uploaded the document to be signed, the pre-filled Create job dialog is opened again. The job to be created is now automatically filled with the details stored in the template, as well as with the previously selected document.
