If you have been assigned the right of template administrator, your user interface allows you to both share templates you have created with others and to edit the shared templates.
To share a template you have created, navigate to the Manage templates area and click on the share icon next to the template you want to share (see figure 1)

After you have confirmed in the next dialog that you want to share this template (see figure 2), you find the currently shared template in the Shared templates by others section (see figure 3).
