If your administrator has set up SMS-TAN or password or both authentication for external signers (see figure 1 [1]), then these additional functions are also applied to the qualified signature (see Figure 1). These are handled in the same way as advanced signatures for external signers. To access the document, external signatories require either an SMS-TAN or the password, depending on the configuration.
