To make the signature workflow secure for external signatories, it is possible to activate authentication via SMS-TAN in MOXIS.
You can activate the SMS-TAN function for each process. This can be configured by persons who have been assigned the moxisProcessDesigner role.
The options for SMS authentication can be activated when creating a process and also subsequently at any time in the General Tab by ticking the box.
