In processes where external contacts must identify themselves via a password, the contacts are displayed with a call sign in the address bar. You can view, adjust, and save the automatically generated password by clicking on the
icon.
The password must consist of 8 characters, using upper- and lower-case letters and numbers. You must send this password to the recipients separately by e-mail, text message, etc. You can copy it directly by clicking on the
icon. The password is identical for all contacts who must sign this job, regardless of the iteration at which they were added (see figure 1 and 2).
