The management of existing jobs is described in [v4.49] Managing jobs, but for jobs involving external persons, it is possible to call up the signature link sent by e-mail in the detail view. To do so, the following two options are available, which can be called up via the corresponding icons (see figure 1):

Calling up the signature link: The user is directly forwarded to the signature page.

Calling up the QR code: This QR code can be scanned with a cell phone and is forwarded to the signature page on the phone.
