You can always use the personal address book to select recipients. Depending on the system configuration, a global address book is optionally also available.
The address books can be accessed via the user menu (see figure 1).

If both address books are available to you, you can apply the filter options Personal address book and Global address book to see which contacts are saved in the personal address book and which are saved in the global address book (see figure 2).

If both filters are activated, the entries saved in the global address book can be identified via the checkmark
in the Shared contact column (see figure 3).
