The entries in the global address book can be used and edited by all users. They can be downloaded as a CSV file.
However, only the administrator can upload a CSV file containing name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and language of the contacts.
The upload of external shared groups via CSV file can also only be done by the administrator.
